Looks a bit like KiruNeru's Neru Akita model that they use frequently, if it's not them, it's the original model creator RMSE, you can find both on Iwara

Sweeeeeet, thanks man. I reckon he doesn't have any paywalls? Cuz I tried searching his name and that specific title of his MMD on the K-site but to no avail.
