I have always enjoyed stories. I have written a few erotic fictions in the past. Nothing to write home about. (Because that would be odd to send my porn stories to my Mother. )
From the title you can guess that the plan is to have a brothel at a school.
Broad strokes
Male main character. Story is in flux. Either he will be the headmaster. There will be some funding issue and/or another problem that will require him to start pimping out his students. He will have a family (Step-wife and Step-daughter, because murder is fine but sex is not. ) that can be part of his new "Business" or they can be protected from it. They will however likely be used as leverage to help get the story moving.
My other thought is a male Student. Again nebulas financial reasons get him started. Think Risky Business. He will have family as well (Step-Mom, Step-Sister).
So if it is not already apparent this game will involve other men having sex with the women characters. I know this can be a hot topic for some. Since that is kind of the whole idea for the game It will be fairly integral. The level of sharing may change. It could be that you can turn out a girl or protect her and keep her as a love interest. Game mechanics (the fact that you need to make money to pay debit or whatever) will prevent you from "saving" all the girls.
Both paths will be the MC starting on the path of running a brothel out of the school. He will have to corrupt (some less then others) girls and maybe staff to work for him. These Women can be either just employees or employee/love interests., or just love interests. I have not decided on anything 100%.
Here are the things I would like feedback on.
Should the stable of girls be kept small or go large. Hold on before you all say large hear me out.
1. For large My idea here was that the main girls your recruit would be working for you. But they will also help influence "faceless" girls to join your ranks as well. so you may have recruited 3 of the 8 (made up numbers) main girls. However, Those girls depending on game play mechanics will help bring faceless girls that work for you to bring in money. Example 3 Main girls and 25 faceless girls. The idea here is to just lean into who silly the whole thing is. Basically at the end of the game you will have converted all the "main" girls, and in turn all the other "faceless" girls in the school will work for you as well.
My other main request for feedback will be in what kind of assets I attempt to use. I have played many real porn games. Some are excellent and have nothing but still images. Others are crap and have 15 GB of videos throughout. I have seen some games that use mostly generic images for the characters. The scenes never having a face in the images. relaying on closeups
Examples of faceless porn. I don't think it means completely faceless or god forbit blurred images. It just means that the faces are either missing or not all that important.
At the same time having images like the ones below are their own reward. because it is in a school we all knew they would have school girl outfits. I would think I would be shot if they did not.

- Pros:
- It will expand the resources I can use to make scenes as not every scene will need to have the main girl
- I think it will also make the gameplay better. I plan on trying to make the game play at least passable as a finical simulator.
- Cons
- Less personable story. Main girls and story lines getting lost.
- While I will have more resources to pull from. I suspect it will be harder keep up random scenes so they don't start repeating.
- Pros
- The story will be more focused. The girls fate will be all the more real
- Being smaller in scope I hope to have the scene I make be more elaborate.
- Cons
- Game play may suffer. Early on when you only have one girl, maybe two, it will be hard to balance the income to be suitable for the whole game.
- May find it hard to find assets for the exact girl and need to adjust.
