Seeking Seeking games like Lonarpg but more mature fmc

I like the premise of LonaRPG it's just that the fmc CLEARLY being a child even though it says over 18 is a major turn off.
No real preferences as long as the gameplay and art is solid.

It's sad but never seen more advanced Sandbox games like Lona :'(
