There are alot of choices and consequences in the game that make no sense to me but to others it seems perfectly reasonable. One of my biggest is the assassin scene. Light path you take his magic and weaken him (+1light, kill him +5 dark), he's still a trained assassin out for revenge who can strike from a distance and can hurt your companions or others. Why would you leave someone like that alive after they tried to kill you? If you kill him your going down the dark path for defending yourself and stopping a future threat to others. To me that doesn't seem like a dark path. That's like saying if you kill someone for trying to kill you or your family your evil. Doesn't mean I'm going out and killing people for the fun of it. Which is the more evil, killing a group of bandits or just beating them up and hoping they don't do it again?

With that being said while I don't always agree with the options available or consequences it is the Dev's story. My choice is to play it or not. If I like the story I play/continue on if not I move on to the next. Sometimes I point out things other times I just deal with it (usually depends on how bad it sets with me). So far I enjoy the story even if I don't agree with the options/choices all the time. (looking at you vampire choice -.-)

To be fair your not forced to be on the dark path even when you kill the assasin. My mc is usually rather good but i still take a few dark path choices (like killing the mentioned assasin).

And its the "dark path", not the "evil path" so i think its fitting, killing your enemys always is definitly darker even when its justice or reasonable.

There doesnt seem to be a simple Good/Evil lore in Nephilim which is potrayed with angels being very cruel for example or with a friendly vampire-goddess. We will just have to wait and see to know more about the lore

was good untill the vampire garbage ,if your paralyzed before your turned your still paralyzed after ,her walking again is just plain stupid as for a vampire if your on a light path you would kill any vampire as they are a kind of demon, it just doesm't make any sense at all !

How lame is that? By your reasonin, people who were about to die due to wounds of some sort, would still have these wounds after. Now, if the person was missin limbs, they aren't goin to regrow them after turnin. Plus, you need to remember, AVNs have their own lore. So your lore from wherever means shit in the universe an AVN is set in. For all you know the lore could be that vampirism is caused by gettin bit by a mosquito. Different universes have different lore. Accept it and you'll feel better.

No. And there never will be.

Nephilim is a combination of both high fantasy and dark fantasy, it will contain, humans, dwarves, elves, fairies, giants, orcs, trolls, goblins, wizards, ghosts, werewolves, beastfolk, gnomes, dragons, wyverns, hellhounds, demons, angels, devils, djinns, gods, goddess, celestials, divines, elemental lords, golems, succubuses, AND vampires.

I'm sure I left out a few, but you get the idea. If you can't stomach these things in a fantasy setting, Nephilim might not be for you.

What's the issue, the goddess explains perfectly fine that she gets healed and tuned into a pure blood, even gets healed in the future from anything until basically turned to shreds... No plot hole whatsoever. IMHO getting away a bit from movie vampire lore is quite refreshing, since that one is a inconsistent mess. Pretty much the only consitent things about pop culture vampires are undead, super human strength and blood drinking. In the movies or modern literature, vampires are bend to fit the particular plot as well, so why would it be a problem in this particular game...

Another good point about her turning blood sucker ist the MC himself, what if it turns out he lives extra long or got endless natural lifetime as a half angel filled to the brim with energy, which he can use to regenerate himself - don't wanna see your girlfriend withering and dying after a short few decades don't you...

Meh,not worth playing from the scratch after saves doesnt work. Especially to get vampire LI when i didnt like her since the beginning and was pushed non-stop to get intimate with her.

I get not liking the vampire version of her but honestly surprised you played that much if you hate / dislike Eliza lol. I think you are the first ive seen that dislikes her from before the change the happens to her. She is personally my favorite LI couple and top 5 AVN LI cause of how wholesome and playful she is

Running only 1 save on this VN, but if I'm understanding correctly, even if you try to reject Eliza, game keeps pushing her and MC together.

It's incredibly annoying, and frankly, good enough cause to drop the game.
Done it multiple times myself. Game forces LI I actively dislike? No reason to continue playing.

If anything, I'm surprised he's managed to get this far, since Eliza is left, right and center of MCs life, so if he dislikes her, don't think there's much reason to keep playing.

yeah that's what I was more getting at surprised he made it this far. Yeah I get why that be annoying. Personally id probably only drop a game if something like that happened if it was a game I barley liked or cared about or couldn't recall much about tho cause ctrl / tab skipping makes it easy for me to catch up. Without ctrl / tab skipping I would be never have been playing multiple paths in alot of these games.

100% on dropping a game with a forced LI you hate tho. I played one story looked interesting and dark but the LI romance made me to uncomfortable and it was forced. I only can sometimes over look a forced LI i have zero interest in

That ship's girl, that vacuum machine of a girl, forgot the name of the kidnapped aristocrat, she's 'dirty' af, promising character...

I wish this game explored more of the other girls. The story is very sweet, but Eliza almost takes 90% of the time with the MC. Alice was a great character introduced as a childhood sweetheart, but she isn't that relevant to the story at all. The island arc was a breath of fresh air, but after we came back, it's Eliza all the time again. Eliza is kinda forced upon the MC to be his #1 priority and the MC is not given a choice. It doesn't help that I find her a bit annoying, or maybe the fact that she's forced upon you.
And I hoped instead of forgiving her for killing the woman, she could have faced some proper consequences and was fully committed to being better as a vampire and went on a training arc or something. That would have given the other characters to be fleshed out in the story.
I found the girl from the village very interesting and hoped to see more of her in this update. But, Eliza.

I really liked this VN too. But it's getting quite boring and annoying to be forced to spend most of my time with Eliza. I will probably check another update, and if it's all about her again, I'll drop this. Too bad, because it was potentially going to be one of my favorite VNs. I like all the other characters and find them interesting. The story background is amazing too. Kind of disappointed.

yeah that's the one thing I do dislike about her change not exactly cause she is clingy she kind of was a bit like that before from what I can recall. But it feels like she doesn't think for her self anymore, so the times she is clingy becomes more apparent and over the top.
