If you are not using old saves, then it's very weird bug that I can't explain, try re-loading nearest autosave from autosave menu. Scene should scroll and it does scroll (for everyone) why it's not case for you I do not understand either corrupted or old saves or even game files.

Quick report : Yep I have to play my last gamesaves and it's weird when I get to the head of the limousine, the scene does not let me scroll. After I picked up the doll and porfolio, I step on the left edge and go to the inventory, look at the new porfolio, turn it off and then suddenly it led me go to Samira and that's where I stuck.

Old saves will make numerous random glitches... That was explained million times on my posts and also heare. You can read it on first page here and you can use my saves so you don't need to restart whole game, but using old saves will always make many bugs during gameplay.

P.S. It has nothing to do with compressed version but I mentioned that if my browser (Max*on 5) is running then this game is crashing constantly so if you have stability issues with it I advice to close all browsers before starting.
