Daz Blender A-pose to T-pose? How hard can it be?

I'm trying to convert a character from an UE3 game into a DAZ GF2 figure using R3DS Wrap. It does a 95% amazing job very easily, but the devil is in the details. All the problems it's giving me are based on the fact that UE3-Models are in A-pose, but GF2 has a T-pose as resting position. I've transfered the mesh of GF2 in A-pose, but then the morph is also in A-pose and despite re-rigging, poses are broken. Ideally I'd want to have the UE3 figure in a T-pose closesly matching the GF2 rest (T-)pose, but I couldn't find any good solution beyond manual posing, which is a bitch with all the arm rotations and finger bends.

Is there no utility to match poses? I find it hard to believe that there's a program that transfers meshes easily but nothing that does the same for poses.

pic related, could be so easy if it weren't for those damn poses!
