Dance - you can do this at the House of Culture and the gym. You'll then also need striptease and pole dancing which are both available at the gym.
It looks to me that in more prestigious establishments, where more attractive/experienced waitresses work, there should be less customers per one waitress (cheap establishments cannot afford so many workers - like in some 5 star restaurants every customer is provided with individual waiter...). Of course, these customers will expect more (faster service, higher chance of some nasty customers etc maybe)....

They were constantly repeating themselves and did not differ in any way, no matter what neighborhood the MC was in. We decided to fix the situation and added about 300 new files for this purpose. This allowed us to make each district of the city unique and demonstrate its characteristic features.
