I made a quick, a lot simpler version of what I wanted to make using only cubes and a folder (I wanted it to be down the set of stairs of one of the park maps, my problems were mainly with the character movement). Don't look at it to closely because I know nothing about animation. The effect is subtle, but by deactivating the movement of some of the parts in the timeline it can be seen the effect they have.

Here is the scene:

Shitty gif because why not:

(I only installed this game to badly animate skate tricks, I swear)
That does actually look really smooth! It's good!

I have another question.

Is it possible for the J694 Dynamic Bone Capsule Collider to only affect one female character rather than two or more female characters in the scene?

Its creating a weird effect where the innards of my second female character is projecting out of her.

Hi
It is possible with ABMX (Advanced Bonemod). look around in the colliders tab, selecting your character and disable/enable the desired collider.

Hi guys! Somebody could help me? I recently updated the game to R12 and the HANMEN shaders don't work for me. I updated it and the new shaders uploaded by the artist no longer worked for me. Do you know in which folder I should enter the shaders or the HANMEN files to change the clothes? thanks <3 <3 <3

We're at R15 right now.
What shader and version?
Hanmen released alot of shader. Skin, hair, clothing, item etc.
Could you explain what do you mean by "not working"
Also the pic is unnecessary. Better not do that to grab attention.

Can anyone help me? it's little bit confusing. I use VNGE, node constraints, and piston gimmicks. I have 2 cam in my VNGE scene, the cam 1 is animated with piston and a lot of node constraints, and cam 2 is not animated and I deleted all node constraints related to the characters. when I'm in cam 1 and click to next cam in VNGE, the scene will be like pic 2 (weird position). but, after I click again cam 2 manually, it will be like pic 3 which is the position I want.

Try downloading them again ( ) and adding them again. Had an issue with R15 when the nextgen teeth were inverting (gums where the teeth should be, super weird) and just downloading the mod right from Hanmen's gumroad fixed it.

Putting this in here in case someone, like me, didn't know about it. A small tutorial:

In case you did not know, it is possible to drag stuff from windows folder directly into maker. So for example, you can open your character folder and directly drag a card into maker and it will open that character without having to use the load option in Maker character menu.
This is very useful because it allows to make changes to cards, both character and coord, much faster and more easily than loading and saving from within the char menu in maker.

How do I mean? Take for example you want to modify something on many cards. The example that I'm doing personally right now is backgrounds. I have a lot of cards for both characters AND coordinates that have differing backgrounds and this bothers me a lot. If I have to open, make the change, and save all within maker it can take a looooong time and usually after a bit the game starts slogging down.

However, if I instead open the folder of the cards I want to modify and maker at the same time, I can leave maker's menu on "save" and just drag each card over from the windows folder to open them instead of having to switch between Load and Save/Delete menus.
This works well with coordinates as well. You set up your character on maker, then drag the coord card onto it and poof it loads the coord. You can then make any modifications you want or simply click "save" if like me you just want to change the background.
The results were that now all my char cards have the char name in the filename, all my backgrounds are consistent (both in char and coord cards), and my coord cards have a consistent theme in terms of models and poses.

Advantages of doing it this way:
1) seems to work better, the machine doesn't slow down or hang as it does if you just do all actions within Maker.
2) you're not switching between menus. You leave the save menu open where you want and just drag the origin from outside maker.
3) A relatively fast way to change card backgrounds, re-save older cards to use the pluggin that adds the char name, repose and other things like that.

Disadvantages: it does work best if you've multi monitor or a very large screen.

....... I may have a bit of ocd.....

Is there a way to display scene title (file name) when loading a scene in Studio NEO?
No, because it's unnecessary. The program will make a new save file every time you're saving and the format itself is something like timestamp. Pretty much you will not bother to rename every time you save.
Also even though you saved your scene, the scene you're working is technically not the scene you saved just now. It's still a scene you last loaded.

a lot of cards/maps are shared on the internet. can i use them in the game i'm going to make? of course i'm talking about the free ones. maybe it's forbidden even if it's free, i don't know. i'm looking at popular hs games and the characters are usually not very beautiful. which brings me to the question: why don't they use the beautiful cards on the internet? that's why i thought it might be forbidden.

Since no one can own the characters created by HS, you are free to use them anyway you see fit. Even people who create content posted behind a Patreon paywall do not own their HS creations.

As far as what characters developers use for their games, that's completely in the eye of the beholder.

Yeah, sharing act ends ownership and rights of studio/chara creations. I was just bounced back by youtube while uploading videos with music (owner rights). Just that. Im not sure what happen if you use rights protected image as poster/painting texture in studio, but honestly, sheriff must be our forum friend to know that :D
Anyway in internet what once is released or leaked circulates forever, so be wise and cautionous.
