As a HUGE fan of this game...please...PLEASE DITCH THE LAME ALT AI IMAGERY ASAP! Never (since Doll House anyway) have I been so dissappointed w/one of my favorite top tier games coming up zeroes w/AI or some new tech. There is so much about this game to get, and stay excited about, but shoehorning this AI crap was a major mistake. It's the very definition of square-peg-round-hole. FIX IT!
#1 - I know it's THE shiny new toy but since AI was never in the game before, now it's just distracting and awkward and forced crap.
#2 - Alt outfit images in previous versions were additional "filler". Fine, we get it. While unnecessary, at least they were aesthetically pleasing.
#3 - Aside from the clear apples to oranges thing, frankly the "realistic" AI models are less attractive than the original 3D Milfylicious cast imo.
#4 - Pulling new tech out of your ass and jamming into a legacy game...OUT OF NOWHERE...is RARELY good unless it's technical or nav -based and improves game play. Altering and fucking up an already established rendering process that results in spectacular renders is NEVER a good idea...EVER!
#5 - Perhaps the most obvious and heinous crime is WHY is dev presenting 2 versions of the same model? This is rudimentary dumb on every level. One second its a hot 3D model "A", next its a disappointing AI model "B" out of left field? But, but, but it's...uhhh...the same model? Stupid, stupid, STUPID. Is the MC on dope? Are we hallucinating as players and seeing a morphed 2 in 1? Is one model an as-yet-unmentioned alien body snatcher visible onlyafter engaging the red lipstick graphic a la some bad Roddy Piper "They Live" movie scene?
My suggestion, crank out a non-AI update and FAST! Then hope and pray your supporters and players have short memories and hopefully this forced AI abomination hasn't already ruined this game.
