The “fast way” would be the torrent file that has been updated until May 2023, and then continue downloading the updates from where it left off. However, we are talking about a torrent file that is 450 GB, so it will take some time.

or you could try download managers
since the website limit is usually the bottleneck, they will make multiple connections to the website to download at faster speeds, and stitch the file together in the end.
Right click > Save as, then open the torrent file in your bittorrent client of choice
