You don't need a walkthrough, though. There's something like 3 places to check in single location and if you fuck up you can always just rollback and pick the option which actually works.

If someone lacks brain capacity for that then they're unlikely to find the walkthrough in OP and download it, either.
That still doesn't solve the points problem though. Or the need to go through "perfect" playthroughs to be with someone despite everything the characters have gone through together. They have been using a point system in all of their games and still haven't been able to wrap their heads around it. At some point you'd have to think that maybe it's not something you should try again.

I got locked out of every good ending my first time because of it. I focused only on the cousin and was still unable to get her ending. I actually did use the built-in WT the second time and I swayed from the guide one time, count them, one and was locked out of her path for not having the points.

Unrelated to the points but I also don't know what they were thinking with the writing of the cousin's character in the end of the game. She goes from a shy wall flower to showing off her naked body to her mother and getting fingered in the middle of a restaurant in the span of one date. She's not even the same character by the end of the game and you can't claim it's "character growth" because it's not.

The original ending was bad, but I had already deleted it before it was fixed. I wound up with just the villain's daughter, but did get the "win" ending. I did have to roll back though to get the document.

No, there can be multiple good endings, and making it need a walkthrough to get a good ending is REALLY being a shit.
well can get good ending 1 but not good ending 2.

that's on many games, early shy virgin and in the end beast in bed.

I agree, the points system is badly used in how it essentially catches the player at 11th hour without any prior indication they're underperforming. Especially the way you're put through finale with every girl bawling her eyes out at the idea of MC leaving, only then for the game to inform the player than no, they don't actually care all that much because not enough points, it's just silly.

Like cxx mentions, this is fairly standard development for "inexperienced" characters in porn games. It is what passes for "development" in them and it's a major draw for certain subset of the playerbase.

points is to make players to play game multiple times to unlock everything.
Except it can be all skipped with just being able to put in max points for everyone at the start of Ch.3 so it's nonsensical and well, pointless. If someone wanted to see all the game has, they'd play multiple times on their own and without artificial blocks which don't even play any role in the game itself. If they don't, then forcing them isn't going to improve their experience or think better of the game.

Introducing Megan - Friend or Foe?

Hello again to all our supporters.

We’re getting closer to releasing the very first update of our brand new game “Thief of Hearts” and will hopefully be able to share an official release date for you all very soon.

Today, however, we are sharing some images of another character who will feature throughout the story.

Her name is Megan, and she will be introduced at some point during the first update.

The question you will be asking yourself after encountering this stunningly gorgeous woman, is if she is a friend, or foe?

Not every character that you meet in the game will be 100% trustworthy, so it’s up to you to decipher who is working against you, or genuinely trying to help.

You’ll need to use your best instincts and make the right choices at the right time to give you the best chance to progress in the game.

Do you think Megan is the kind of woman that you’ll be able to trust?

Let us know what you think of her in our comments section.

Progress report:

This is a rough idea of where we are with each section of the release:

Writing: 95%

Renders: 80%

Animations: 10%

Coding: 80%

Other: 50% (menu setup, bonus image gallery, credits screens etc)

From now until the game is released, we’ll keep you informed of our progress with our preview post each weekend.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone,

MrDots and the Team
Can we get the last two updates here too`? Thanks mate

yes but that'd be cheating and there are still some pure souls who don't cheat in avns.

It was a cool game, sucked the ending was messed up at first. Wish I had waited to play before downloading the fixed version. But sounds like the endings were all a bit generic for each. Too many games do that crash and burn at the end thing - though unlike this, many are because the dev got sick of working on it and are done/moved to a new project.

generic maybe but still satisfying.
