Why are things getting locked? Dont get how this game works.

Basically you can only train 3 times, then everything is upgraded, some new trainings are added and the stuff you didnt train before gets locked. So you need to play through it multiple times to see everything. Kinda annoying.

It gets locked because from my understanding the "torture" method and which girl you interact with affect the ending scene. So focusing on one group will disable the others
