to reel in, touch the screen
when your hooked fish fights, remove your finger and touch again afterwards
to cancel , tap the screen with 2 fingers

There is absolutely no reason this game should be RPGM. It's totally linear with no combat or anything. Just walking around and busy work. At least put in a quest log or something.
