UNRELATED: This game's pretty obviously trying to be fantasy Free Cities. I wouldn't be TOO surprised if it was an offshoot of the whole furry dramabomb that the pregmod folks dealt with a few I-forget-which-time-units ago. I mean, heck, the word "anthropomorphic" is right in the descriptions of some of the races. Maybe this needs the "furry" tag.
Anyhow, I think that's just fine. Here's hoping the dev actually gets somewhere with it.

I see only positives with a Fantasy Free Cities, especially considering the extremely infected and hostile mentality seemingly going on with just about everything related to Free Cities lately. They try to murder eachother (verbally) over literally everything over at the whole Pregmod scene, it is ridiciolus.

Haven't played for a couple versions so some of the titles are new, and I'm using a bit of guesswork, but:
Superjock - Don't know for sure, but I assume start by having them on a heavy exercise regime until they're as muscular as possible (make sure to keep them at a healthy weight, too,) train them in masculinity, and possibly hypnotize them as a bimbo. Might also need to be physically male.
Cumsar - Hypnotize to be a cumslut.
Slut - Complete slut training. (Come on. You should not need help with this one.)
Domesticated - Really unsure. Probably need a specific race that could be considered wild, max out their basic training and... I don't know... assign them to the farm? Maybe there's some special training that would apply in the latest few versions.

Sorry, I didn't read all the pages, but does that mean "Gigilo" and "Feminine Sissy" are futa/trans title? (Feminine and Strumpetry are only female trainable, while Feminization and Masculanity are male trainable)

You can turn a male slave into a female slave by doing the feminization training(this will only call change the pronouns they use, not actual body parts I believe) but if you want to know how to make a male slave more feminine without turning him female, then there are no actual ways to do that besides flavor choices like changing the haircut or losing muscle but there is no actual stat to measure it.
I believe they are trans titles yes, you should be able to switch back to a gender that you would prefer as long as you don't do anything to conflict with the training required for the titles. I'm not really sure though tbh.
Well, just so you know, it's actually in active development. Don't know about the author, cuz things that already implemented are from the author-taboo-list.

How do you as the pc breed with slaves yourself I know how to have intercourse with them but how do you impregnate the slave?

IIRC, most races can only breed with a selection of other races, with Humans, Orcs and Goblins as the exception.
method 1 (tested)
To breed 2 slaves - buy the chattel, put them in a pen together. If someone is impregnated, you will see it at end of week, and you can see a "pregnant" tab on their status view. You will be charged depending on what you've set the pen for. May take several weeks, depending on slaves fertility.
method 2 (tested as male- should not work if you've set yourself to "no pregnancy"-does NOT require Chattel)
To breed YOURSELF with a slave- choose interact, and wear down ALL their stamina (while saving some of your own- sticking 2 or 3 dildos into them so they keep orgasming seems fastest, if you need to save energy)
AFTER you've used up all their energy, you'll get a message "all of their energy has been exhausted, you now have a 100% chance to concieve/ impregnate". This only applies to the CURRENT sex scene, so switch to vaginal sex, and have the male orgasm. You will see the message "xxx has been impreganted".
Method 3
Have intercourse with your slaves, and hope you get someone pregnant. If you are successful, you'll see a message "Impregnated:xxx". May take quite some time.
As far as the children go, I am not sure HOW it determines the race (seems to tend towards Dark Blue on "mating" scale?) (Male Orc (PC) vs Forest elf, pantheran, giant, orc, Holster, neko, and gnome produced 5 orcs, a neko and a gnome[3 hyper pregnancy, 4 regular- all the hypers produced orcs]).
The children are (currently?) listed as "offspring of your slaves", and their starting moods are slightly better than the slave market
I think the more blue, the higher change you get the same race of the breeder ( orc - dark elf have higher chance of orc than orc-neko )
Its a text game. Although you can train a slave to be dominant, the 1 on 1 sex scenes appear to be fully reverseable (anything you can do to a slave in a sex scene, you can have them do to you)
