It is on the metro map, you have to go where the ATM is on the top part and look around there, is inside a room nearby that zone
was anyone able to figure out how to Cheat Engine up the XP? I could get the money, but could never lock down the XP value, but i dont really know how to use CE that well.

Meh. Can't lock emotion/pose to emotion/pose wheel. It's just don't want to be locked in any slot!

I've found AntiMicroX works well as a controller > keyboard mapper. Very helpful until game devs can implement controller support -- which helps if this ever makes it to Steam.

Nope. Lilith is on the City Map diagonally across the whole map from your place. She's to the side of a building, off the street with a bunch of bicycles. (at least that's where I found her)

You need reach level 2, i think you are level 1 that's why you can't change the emote. The emote slot got unlocked at level 2 ecc..

you start out with zero free slots which is kinda stinky
if a slot is unlocked it has an emote already in it

i got stuck hiding in the washing machine then i got stuck again just trying to use it

For exit when you are hiding inside the wash machine press the return key and i should all work
he means that he is stuck in the texture probably and not inside the washing machine itself this is not a fix, only restart the level. This can be avoided by not pressing "wasd" while hiding and pressing the button.

so i cant seem to equip the emotes and when i go to remove the under where nothing happens is this a bug or it there something im missing this is happening in the customization menu by the way
You can't remove the underwear through that menu.
As for the emote slots, that requires at least level 2, and you can't use the "Hot" emotes until level 3 (due to the fact you can't actually remove your clothes until level 3 with the 'o' button).
For equip emotes you need reach level 2 or + and drag the emote in the right place, for remove the underwear on the wardrobe you need reach max level and click the same sprite icon you are wearing. If you speak about remove them on stage you need reach level 3
