I dled from here, megaupload. I'm on windows 10, using Winrar and 7zip. And its only this game. Other games I've download extracted without issue.

It says archive is either unknown format or damaged.

You probably need to upgrade WinRAR and/or 7zip. Archives made with newer versions of those tools can present problems for older versions.
