I know there's a way to change the action keys, but is there a way to change the movement keys? The game seems decent, but I can't stand using the arrows to move, it's really frustrating me.

I never really understood why most games include an options menu, but will only let you change "some" inputs.

This might sound dumb, but this game, and only this game seems to screw with me. For whatever reason only the arrow keys work when i start up the game. Like I can move up and down in the menu, but no other buttons do anything. So im stuck at the title screen. What is the basic button layout or per chance, does anyone know what is going wrong?

Man I forgot about this. Hope it's progressed some. Was one of my first side scrollers.

I can't do the dash jump, it is not jumping higher than normal jump, there is some secret for work?

This looks familiar... I've played this before but, it was a loooong time ago.
Or is this a remake of some kind?
Not a remake. This is still the same game you played all those years ago. But there is a remake in the works, and this version is done.

how do I repair my armor back?
You need to get drops from killing the enemies.

I don't remember there being a dash jump, and I've completed this game many times over. Are you sure it's not just dash you're talking about? There is a double jump, which should be self explanatory.

In the first part (slimes one) there is part where you get the dash ability, it says that you need dash jump for get higher altitude and there is place you must reach, but still to high for normal run jump, that is why iam asking, i am just stuck in this part, kill slimes is not opening the door, i don't have the hangar card too, and can't reach that part.

Do you mean the part before you take the elevator down?

I didn't get that far in, but basically what the game means by "higher altitude" is that jumping while dashing slightly increases the height of your jump. You don't use it for the platform above where you get the Dash Ability, I'm pretty sure you need some kind of Double Jump to get to those kinds of platforms. The Dash jump is used a little bit later, where you have to jump over gaps and grab a ledge above you at the same time.

remember this one, overall a nice game. but has its' fair share of bugs. i remember the climbing bug being most prevalent on the ladder past the pink door with the slime in front.

I think that bug has been fixed some time ago. Or at least I haven't come across that bug in a while. In any case, Uriel wanted to fix this version as much as possible before moving on, and that's what they have done.

Nope, still happens, at least to me. It's rare, but frustrating (especially if you forgot to save).

It also seems to have the bug where, after a certain time, enemies are unable to grab you. So you just lie on the ground nude with the enemies trying to grab you but not hitting you.

Even restarting the game didn't change anything, only starting a new game fixed it...

It's possible that players of newer versions of flash could have problems running a game made in an older version.

I don't have any knowledge to suggest that this is causing any particular problem, but for folks who're having issues it might be an idea to try using an older flash player if you can find it.

It might be a fool's errand, though. It's just a guess.

I'm now playing the game so I can help you better. Currently just got the dash skill, and it nowhere says that you need the "dash jump" to get higher. It just tells you that you use the D key to dash. You need the double jump skill in order to reach the higher platform above where you get the dash skill.

Perhaps you're missing the door to the other area. Underneath where you get the dash ability, there is a big "B" on the wall. Go toward that wall and press up to open the door.
