Which version of the game are you running? Also, can you be more specific about falling through the map? Marine (the dev) is pretty anal about finding those bugs and squashing them.

And I tried to get up too fast after getting tied up so her model got caught outside a wall (I can't even blame the game, I was button mashing)
I'm not sure I can give you a save then. The latest version is 12.2. But you might be able to get on the developers discord and get the latest demo to try. There's a lot of new features that you might like, like new clothes and restraints. There's a link to their discord on the first page, if that doesn't work there should be one on deviantart, also linked on the firstpage.
Check the mediafire link of the dev from her blogspot or discord. She has a folder with various saves; the last one should be just around that point.

After tied up from the robot i cant start struggle.

If it's the scene I think it is, you may have to wait until after the dialogue finishes. To prevent events from happening too fast and causing problems. some actions are not available until some dialogues finish. I was doing a replay and had the same issue but once it finished I was able to get the tape off my arms and then legs.
I tried to wait with fast forward. All sets of clothes and no clothes, cause you can wear mag shoes and domina boots at the same time i thought it maybe could cause a bug.
I tried to pick every dialoge line also and to act while they speak and to lay still far longer as they need to finish.
There has to be one obvious single easy to spot thing which i miss
It's possible that your save is corrupted then. Especially if you able to wear two pair of shoes at the same time. Have you tried loading a previous save (one before the last save) and see if everything plays well from there? I would also say this, at points where there is no dialog you can save and I highly suggest you save often. I always save after a section of the game is complete and there is no dialogue. If you have any saves before that I would try them and if it works delete those saves after that one. Another suggestion since dialogue plays a big role in the characters in the game, I always wait until it has finished before trying to do anything else in game. I literally will just sit still let it finish then try the next part.

Are we able to rebind keys yet?
Tried the game when it debuted here, and could not deal with the controls. I'm left handed and at that time there was no means to rebind keys. The uniqueness of the control system made for little more than frustration for me. Hoping that has been addressed by now? Thanks.

You can rebind the Keyboard and Mouse controls. To rebind the gamepad you have to use 3rd party tools.
If you want to give it another go, don't go downloading the game on here but take a look at the blog or subscribestar to find the current Prologue version (We're up to 0.14.2.1 now).
As for frustration: Try the helper functions. Enabling thrust (Set it to 2) and thrust direction to camera is the most intuitive IMO and you'll be able to play the game more like a flight sim in zero gravity.

Couldnt get past the 1st room. Its a weird concept, an exercise in frustration more than anything.
If any of the rest of the game is similar gameplay I don't see who this is aimed at.
