Yea some of the RPGM games have that Mouse support thing which somehow functions as a touchscreen adaptation for playing on a smart-phone. Or something like that.
Well, I think I will need to restart the game from the beginning. There is no way to fix this Caroline quest... She never talks to me about her underclothes, no matter when or where I talk to her... And this save data can't be edited on the variables or switches, as other RPG Maker games...

probably a bug. that boss is quite glitchy, first time i fought him that he wont go down from 1 hp pretty much unkillable. try restart/reload the game

There should be a save folder near the executable file. Just cut that and put it into the new version.

Is the 6.3 version a fix for the bugged caroline quest? Or can you still go to the Welcome Center underground lab before triggering the Welcome Center lab quest, leaving you in a non winnable path? (Quest triggered but boss already dead).

It was supposed to enter through the door after making some annoyingly loud noises. did he still not show up after reloading a save from before the boss fight was triggered ?
Have you finished up all other content with Caroline ? i.e. got the handjob and the blowjob ?

The overall scale of the game seems to be a lot smaller than the original inspiration (Nergal's 'A Zombie's Life'), its development shouldn't be dragged out this long IMO, even if we consider Siren is working on two games at once.

Need help in getting natasha..... Must I really get the garden and water basin up to intermediate level before getting ashley?

Check you water and food. If you run out of food and water it's game over. You don't need the garden and water bassin for any quest or something but it's just too make sure that you don't get a game over from lack of food and water.
The more women you have at home the more food and water you'll consume everyday.
Scavenge spots only reset after 2 nights so you have to make sure you bring in enough food and water.
The water bassin and the garden bring in a steady amount of food and water which just makes life easier for you.
My water and food are at 30 and 31.... is there a level of food and water till she arrives?

There's no gallery but every scene is replayable in game.
For most of the scenes you can access them by going to the same place and time of day when you first got the h scene.
For example if you want to replay movie night scenes with Leslie just skip time till night and then she'll be sitting on the couch You then interact with her , select movie night and you'll get options between the different H scenes to pick.
Or to replay the bath scene HJ with Leslie just go in the bath at mid day. Leslie will always be in the bath at that time and then just interact and select "bathe" and you'll get the scene.
I do think there will be a gallery in the future.
In Siren's other game "town of passion" there's a gallery but for now we'll have to wait and see.
