How did you kill sarah? I’ve reloaded like 3X and keep getting sent looking for meds..

Say you'll go look for meds, then whilst still in the room go to your inventory and bring out the bat or machete and click on Sarah. This will lead to a convo about how she's infected.

One other thing, after you've made a choice as to what you will do with Sarah as you're carrying her, before going back into the room to talk to Elizabeth choose to spy on her by clicking the spy icon in the backpack and selecting the door to the room. You need to that there and then otherwise you wont be able to later on for the achievement.

I have the condom in a previous save, so I must have grabbed it where the walktrought says, but in this update it seems that it is not available, anyway I have not found where to use it.

P.S. Maybe it's your duty to repopulate the Earth, so forget about the condom.

I thought that this game had been discontinued. I also thought that was a shame because it looks like a game that has story as well as the usual sex themes and the story and art looked pretty good. Can't wait to see how this game has come along...

For those asking for the condom, I think we can't get it on 2.4 /2.4.1 new saves. But don't worry, because it doesn't have any use atm.
For the "Uncover feet" achievment, you need to go to sis's room at night and use the "Sex" option (the cock icon on the bag) on Kaylie's feet.

Great that this game is alive again! I got some questions I hope someone could answer!

1. Zora tasked me with finding someone, I found the binoculars but no trace of the girl nor what else to do.
2. Elizabeth wants me to find her pink haired sister.
3. There are two locked objects in the bedroom of Kayley and the sister
4. Someone got any further than hugging and cheek kissing with Kailey?
5. Someone got any further than the cinema move and getting woken up by the sister?
6. If you complete the quests it says it'll unlock further scene's, yet I see two options. One is Kailey's which was already available pre completing the quests and the other one is "Claire", no clue who claire is but that would get released in a newer version. Does that mean that completing the quests remains without a "reward" thus far?




For those that are themselves searching, some answers!

1. Flashlight, location bathroom on the tub.
2. Delilah's backpack, go search for food and use walking around and it will be on the street eventually. Might take sometime
3. Spices for Delilah, go inside of the restaurants when walking around
4. What to do with the flashlight? Use it at a van's window which is dark, you'll find the binoculars in the a darkened windows of a van in the new location after getting a mission from Elizabeth.
5. What to do with the binocular? Use it in daytime in your own bedroom at the window.

For 6: Claire is your 2nd roommate.

Not a lot as far as I can tell. Kissing the sister gets you to the picture theatre which gives you a relationship update to level 7.
Bedroom there are two options under sleep which if you click on the first one under the sleep option gives you flashback options but I've only unlocked one of those and I have no idea how I did that as I loaded a save from the last time I played this which was July 2018.

For all I know I may have just stumbled on pre-update existing content.

How the hell did you get it to level 7, I did the exact same thing and it's only level 2.

Also, does anyone know how to have a nighttime encounter with your sweetie?

In town, while searching for supplies. It appears randomly so be patient, the same for the backpack. You also need to look in each restaurant in search for spices and/or food.
