I reached Alice's end story(that's all) , but i can't start Ann,Lisa,kira's route.

The engine RenPy is not as demanding as Unity. All I can offer (I am not a programmer, I can't know exactly), but try to install WebP codec in your system.
If you don't play from the beginning, you start with the old save. You need to download the fix, because I have long ago reduced the number of best shots required.
