Hey guys i'm trying to get passed Karen atm but she is bugged i need to survive 672 turns.... has anyone else run into this at all. (I have edited my stats)

All that's needed to know is that one of the developers (Koda) has changed focus towards another unannounced 'secret' game and that's why the patches for this game have stagnated. The other developer (Bo Wei) is essentially on a vacation as they're waiting for Koda to finish his patch first.
So, this game is pretty much on halt until Koda announces his 'secret' project which will no doubt be linked to his patreon page which is currently devoid of anything. What's most likely going to happen is that Koda will eventually leave ToT up to Bo Wei. Most of the delays though seem to be caused by Koda while Bo Wei just seems like they like to take their time instead of making a deadline.
That's just my take on this though.

And no it's not. If your looking for good communication with the Dev, look in a forum that he's in, not one that pirates the game. Koda made a joke and immediately said that it was a joke. Any wild and frankly retarded speculation is purely on f95's fault.

Btw, the devs are in this forum, and they used to comment semi-frequently in this thread. If they chose to start ignoring this part of their community, then it's their fault when people here speculate off of misinformation.
Not to mention, Koda having the time to make silly jokes after yet another one of his massive displays of incompetence and irresponsibility, instead of finishing up his long overdue 1/8th of an update... He isn't exactly the most mature individual, isn't he? Someone with a little more sense in them would've known this would happen.

He made a joke. Takes 10 seconds to make a joke. You think he should have put those 10 seconds towards his overdue update? You're being ridiculous. You can call it immaturity, but he has no obligation to hang around on a pirating forum to dispel misinformation that one person is continuously trying to spread when almost no one on this thread is a patron anyway. You want to police Koda being allowed or not allowed to make a small joke in his discord? Go ahead, but that'll make you the immature one.

No one here is actively spreading misinformation, people shared that screenshot of Koda's "joke", no further context was given, so there wasn't any way for people to clearly tell it was a joke. It still isn't clear whether it was a joke or not, so the first thing you or Waxer should've done was share the screenshot where Koda says he was just joking and there's no side project or anything.
You know what else isn't clear yet? Whether Bo was joking when he said that 7F was only 50% done. Koda thought that was a joke, but everyone else assumed it was true.
It's not literally about the time it took him to make that joke, d00d. It's about the message that's being sent when he's cracking jokes on his discord while his update is looong overdue. It's about work ethics. In the real world, if you miss a deadline and are fortunate enough to still keep your job afterwards, then the one thing you ought to do until your work is done is this: Appear as though you're hard at work, finishing whatever it is you're missing.
I know Koda isn't contractually obligated to do anything, but someone with a strong work ethic would act the way I'm describing regardless. But then again, expecting a strong work ethic from someone who missed a deadline 20+ times is prollly dumb to begin with.

There was a guy no more than 3 days ago who was saying that he was going to continue making fake ToT news until Koda did x y z, which he followed through with. You haven't been paying much attention at all. He is where a lot of the rumours are starting. In addition, you're saying you didn't mean it's literally about the time it took to make that joke, except you had said "Not to mention, Koda having the time to make silly jokes". It has nothing to do with time. If you wanted to make a point about it being in poor taste, like CAPCHAsolver (I'm sorry, your original username eludes me) is saying, then you should have said that. But you didn't.
It's standard practice in industry right now to make jokes at your own expense when you've made mistakes. He's trying to lighten the situation. You can dislike that if you like, it's a subjective thing anyway and I'm not going to argue that. I personally have no problem with it because I've used the same tactic and seen it do a lot of good. To each their own.
I thought you were done with ToT, edoitachi? In fact, you said it multiple times. Must be hard to walk away with your head shoved so far up your arse. That explains why you struggled to hear all the times in the last week I criticized Koda.

Found it finally, I wildly underestimated how long ago this was (was actually a bit over a week! Time flies.) but he proceeded also to start the rumour about the side project called Sewer of Scat which some people actually believed. So yeah, there is someone intentionally trying to spread misinformation.
