He will be back up soon. It's back up on his end for dev. But not for general public yet. I am talking to a few ppl who are in discord with devs where he already stated he will be back up soon.
I'm not from the US, so I'm asking: Is there any other content apart from child pornography which is classed as an offense under US law? Because the representation of incest relationships among adults in fiction should not be a problem unless things are much much worse than I thought.

No they are not. As long as the sex is consensual then incest is ok on Patreon.

On my end, they let me download 1GB without logging in... and 3 or 5 while being logged in. Not sure about 3 or 5 though, gotta check. I've also seen there is a button called Reload which deletes your cache from their servers and you can download more after. I suspect there's also a fast network/internet requirement... if you have low speed they don't let you download so much because you keep their server/s occupied. Don't know but I never had problems with Mega... always download speeds are 10-12 MB/s.
Google Drive on the other hand is awesome, can download with almost my maximum bandwidth speed of 34 MB/s... speed is between 25-30.
My advice is to also use your dynamic IP, if you have it... reset your internet device to get new IP and can download more but only files that have 1GB size or what limit you have if you don't want to make a free account.

What you posted literally says incest is not allowed. The non-consensual part is another thing that is not allowed.

You have to take the whole sentence to understand.
None consensual sex of any kind is not allowed but consensual sex of any kind is allowed.

That's not what it is saying. It is saying that ALL of the following are prohibited:
- Incest
- Necrophilia
- Fetish content that is hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex
The non-consensual part is a separate item on the list. All three of those are not allowed. It even goes on to specify in the next paragraph that some incest is allowed in certain contexts and cites examples like Game of Thrones. Which means that incest on the whole, especially in the context of games like DmD, is not allowed.

I am sorry you do not see it and you are trying to break the sentence in to 2 parts and it is not.
The sentence stands as a whole and not 2 or more parts.
The last part of the sentence "hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex."" is for the whole sentence and not just the end.

Sorry but you are breaking it in two parts, it is a single sentence the "that is" part signifies that the incest and other genres are prohibited only when they are non-consensual.

From a legal stand point this could honestly been seen as a loop hole as it can easily be misunderstood.

I've seen a few people mentioning this part now, so I just want to point out the placement of the comma and the or.
In my mind, the , or separates fetish content from the other two, and the hard to distinguish part is only applying to fetish content. In my mind incest and necrophilia are just out either way. Other fetish content will be decided on in a case by case basis. Others may read that differently, but that's how I read it.
This makes sense to me, as some fetish content can be adult but doesn't involve sex, or involves consensual sex. Fetishes can include foot fetishes, dress up/cosplay fetishes, and a whole bunch of other things. In this case, they are probably referring to bondage fetishes, which can sometimes be hard to distinguish...
In either case, in the guidelines update Patreon mentioned a huge loophole by allowing 'works of fiction' such as Lolita and Game of Thrones. Since most porn games are works of fiction anyways, yeah I think you have an out there. Whether the Trust and Safety team sees it that way will likely be very subjective, so best of luck to those who get caught in this dragnet.
