After specific request, here's a slightly edited DeepL/Google hybrid MTL for v1.11 including scripts.

Installation:
To extract and play the game you might need to set your system locale to Japanese(Japan) or use another locale method.
Before you can apply the MTL you need to extract and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
You can do this using the rpgmaker "All Decrypter". I will add a version as attachment.
Just run the "RPG Maker Decrypter.exe" and choose the "Game.rgss3a". Then move the newly created folders from the "Extract" folder to your game folder and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
Start the game once to confirm this step worked correctly before merging my MTL into it.

If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

Right after starting the game, immediately after getting control over the character:

I believe those image references should all still be kanji since the EN versions don't actually exist.

Trigger by messing about with equipment a bit (just remove every piece of equipment, get out of the menu & try to continue/re-enter the menu & it blows up consistently).

It seems the game has a clothing system, so taking off equipment likely has impact on the standing picture in the menu.
Removing all equipment as such doesn't work (at least, not at this point in the game I would expect), game forces equipment on again, so opening the menu it tries to draw the 'ordinary wear' image, but can't find it.

I re-exported and re-uploaded the DMTL. Please re-download and try again.

I re-exported and re-uploaded the DMTL. Please re-download and try again.
As I see it, there's a 1KB difference in the package, so something is likely different (given no customization in compression aggressiveness).

After giving it a quick once over, this version does seem to be better. Not locking up anymore given the before mentioned actions.
