Here it is - for now - a bit different than in the game Daddys Little Girls. This game is currently getting an overhaul, the Loli patch will be available again when that is done (in the next few weeks/month). Or maybe it will be also integrated like now in Daddy's Little Girls. But for now the patch isn't available here, because it's not needed in the revamped game content.

Does the 'not compatible with saves from vanilla game' problem still exist? Although I would definitely like some sounds for this game I'm not a big fan of being incompatible with vanilla.

If you mean with "vanilla" the game without Mod, I havn't heard that much incompatibility from saves with or without my Mod here. But since I MODificate the game files there's always a high risk that saves are broken. I was a little curious myself and installed the game now twice: one with and one without my Mod. And I made in both games a "speed run" through the whole game and made saves at the same points. Then I tried to load the saves with the contrary game version - all saves worked for me.
But again:
If you want to be sure it's probably better to use the main game download.

Info: I only updated the Mod, not the Android port since v0.07d is only a small bug fix release, no new game content.
