Is there by any chance a guide or something that tells you how to get ALL of the girls to fall in love with you? Or at least something that tells you how to ensure the traits you desire?

By fall in love, what do you mean? Getting their friendship up? Or getting their affection up? Friendship is based on story, and affection is based on your choices.

Getting traits should be self explanatory by the names of each trait. For example, to get the Cum Dump trait, cum inside them a lot. Blowjobs count.

Right now there isn't any guide or walkthrough, but if you ever have any issues advancing a stat or get confused, please let me know. I should be able to make it more obvious.

Btw., I think there should be some text lines altered to the standard ones while you play sex scenes with your "fallen in love" girls, just to show up their binding to you. I guess the sex scenes, you can start freely on the girls every day.
In my opinion it would immerse the player more into the characters and the game itself.

What friendship level is your Android at? Kali is introduced to thighjobs through Maria, you'll need to level up Maria to get thighjobs.

If yes, why that? Is there a good chance to see them more often in the future?

And for your game's content: It might be very good for the hotel, if there'd be a new restaurant with nice waitresses and cooks, that maybe rent a room in the hotel themselves.
Also would be a good addition: A masseuse for the spa area. (Maybe Jin)
And how about a real succubus girl, that tries to seduce Maria, Kali or other girls? When she does so, she maybe could get into you and want's to spend more time with you and/without (depending on players choices) the girls? Why Succubus? They often look very hot, are also magical/monster lifeforms, similar to elven ones.

Most likely there'll be a small event when you give each character the slutty outfit. But it'll probably only be used in sex scenes. Maybe I can create more events with slutty outfits on, but those aren't priorities right now.

I have maxed out all the girls (except possibly Maria, but I have noticed no way to get her to go further), but the android does not do anything, I cannot level up anything because there is nothing to do. All I can do is enter her room, ask how she is or change one of our nicknames. I have done everything possible at the cafe for Kali, Ashley, and Elf girl, and everything at the beach for Maria.

It is possible I triggered some sort of glitch by upgrading the dungeon before floor 2, because when I gained the ability to sleep with the maid, I could invite the Android too, but I hadn't met her yet.

There shouldn't be any glitch if you buy the dungeon before the second floor, but the bug with your Android being able to sleep with you was fixed in v0.2.1 (v0.2.1 isn't a required update, the bugs in v0.2 aren't game breaking so there's no need to download it if you already have v0.2)

I can do nothing with her to raise it. She just sits there, when I talk to her all I can do is ask how she is or change her name. With Maria I think Im maxed because I keep going to her room and nothing happens.
I think Im maxed with Ashley because she's expelled, and I know I maxed the other 2.
I maxed everyone's "extra" stuff, except the android. I was never able to use the toys on ashley because when I got them she was doing the thing where she was at school all day and got expelled so I didnt have a chance.
