F95Zone is a non-profit, adult gaming forum supported by its community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and are fully committed to protecting children and complying with global child protection laws.
The posting, promotion, linking, or discussion of any content — real or fictional — that sexually exploits minors is strictly prohibited. For the purposes of this policy, a minor is defined as any person under the age of 18, regardless of local age-of-consent laws or national variation.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Violations of this policy will result in:
F95Zone moderators are trained to identify policy violations. Our team may escalate urgent or credible reports for priority handling. Reports from accredited watchdog organizations or trusted flaggers (e.g. child protection NGOs, national reporting platforms) are treated with the highest urgency.
We have previously received and acted upon reports from trusted child protection organizations, including Cybertip.ca (Canada’s national tipline for online child exploitation). F95Zone respects all credible sources of CSAM alerts and responds with immediate enforcement.
If you encounter suspected CSAM or violations of this policy on F95Zone, do not engage. Instead:
We handle all reports confidentially and act as swiftly as possible. Submissions that appear to violate child protection laws will be forwarded to relevant authorities. We maintain compliance with U.S. law (18 U.S.C. §2258A), and international standards requiring prompt reporting.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, do not wait — contact your local law enforcement immediately. For urgent site moderation or platform abuse reports, email admin@f95zone.com.
F95Zone strictly adheres to child protection laws in all jurisdictions where our services are accessible. This includes U.S. federal law, EU Digital Services Act obligations, Canadian reporting compliance (Cybertip.ca), and other global regulations related to CSAM. We regularly review and update our moderation and enforcement policies to remain compliant with evolving standards.
