Non-Consensual Content & Deepfakes
F95Zone strictly prohibits the posting of any non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or AI-generated deepfake pornography involving real individuals. This includes real leaked sexual content, AI-generated porn mimicking real people without their consent, or content that depicts fictional characters as minors. Any such material will be removed immediately and may be reported to authorities. AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as fictional and must comply with all content rules.
Moderation & Enforcement
F95Zone uses a combination of community moderation, staff oversight, and user reporting to enforce our policies. Users may report any content that appears to violate site rules or the law using the report function or contact form. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our discretion. Serious violations, including those involving illegal content, may be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Jurisdiction & User Responsibility
By accessing F95Zone, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that viewing or interacting with adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not promote or distribute obscene content as defined by any specific legal system, and we operate as a platform for fictional and artistic expression. CSAM & Abuse Reporting
F95Zone has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that appears to depict or imply the exploitation of minors including realistic simulations, AI-generated, or text-based material is strictly forbidden. We report confirmed cases to appropriate law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Users are encouraged to report any content that violates this policy using the report feature or contacting us directly.
Compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257
All explicit visual content on F95Zone is created using 3D rendering, digital art, or game software no real persons are involved. As such, F95Zone is not a producer of actual depictions and is exempt from the record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257.
Any visual depictions of real individuals were submitted or linked by third parties and are believed to be of persons who were at least 18 years old at the time the content was created. All other visual depictions either (a) predate July 3, 1995, (b) are entirely simulated, or (c) involve non-sexual nudity. F95Zone and its staff are not the “primary producers” of any explicit content found through this site.
