F95Zone is committed to accountability and openness in how we enforce our policies. This Transparency Report provides an overview of child-safety reports and law enforcement requests we have handled. While we are a volunteer-run community, we take these matters extremely seriously and cooperate fully with relevant authorities where required.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes both real and fictional depictions (such as drawn, cartoon, or AI-generated content). All confirmed reports are removed immediately. Real-person CSAM or credible child endangerment is escalated to authorities; fictional content is removed under our policy without escalation.
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies globally. All lawful requests are reviewed and handled with priority in line with our policies and applicable laws.
F95Zone remains fully committed to user safety, legal compliance, and transparency. Our moderation team responds to user reports daily, and serious policy violations are escalated immediately. We will continue to publish yearly Transparency Reports to keep our community and the public informed.
Users: Report via the site reporting tool or email admin@f95zone.com for urgent abuse.
Law enforcement & accredited child-protection agencies: Contact lawenforcement@f95zone.com. We will preserve relevant data and cooperate with lawful investigations.
CSAM reports refer to all reports from trusted child-protection agencies (e.g., Cybertip.ca). Each report is documented, actioned where appropriate, and reflected in this report. Law enforcement requests refer to official requests for user data, content removal, or log preservation received through lawful process.
This report will be updated annually, or more frequently if significant new reports or requests are received.
