RPGMaker window size is wrong/broken

what is wrong with this game???
it is like zoomed in
i dont understand , i have no idea what to do
display seems correct 1920 x 1080
every other rpg game seems to be working fine
game is

yeah i have , but no one has said anything
no idea why , the other kind of rpgs work fine
also people havent reported my issue yet
i bought a new monitor but no idea ho to change setting in rpg maker or something
off :(
