This is something you'd find out later in the game if you actually bothered to play through it rather than make up your own judgement from the small part of the game you actually played.
Pretty much everything you talked about is explained later on.
As to the aesthetic of the characters, it's my style so naturally that how I make them. It's the style I've set for "my universe", so Sarah, while she's attractive, she's doesn't actually stand out as much as she would in the real world. This is after all a game and should not be confused with the real world, as is explained in the disclaimer at the beginning of the game.
The grind can mostly be bypassed by changing the game setting to faster mode in the preference and using the hint menu. The questions about IT can be bypassed quite easily as you can redo the very first ones and later down the line you either get the right answer if you give the wrong answer or you simply don't have to get them right.
Now, I get that this is probably not the game for you, but you seem to make a lot of assumptions about the game so I thought I'd chime in and perhaps correct some of them.

I continued playing until the sex scene with the professor and nothing about that scene changes anything about what I said. He doesn't even act like he wants to have sex while he's having sex. It's some of the most uncomfortable fucking I've ever witnessed. If that's by design, kudos I guess, if not you should think about how you're writing the MC.
That "small part of the game" is actually multiple hours of gameplay and if you can't make me like the MC during that time it's probably not going to happen. Reading his dialogue is torture.
Look, you like girls with huge tits, that's fine. It's actually the least of the problems with your game. Though I think the uniformity in breast size and shape is pretty lazy.
The grind can be bypassed by enabling an option that gives you a cryptic warning that it might make you miss things and lead to bugs, so yeah, that's great. I know that the questions can easily be cheesed by just rolling back if you pick the wrong answer, my point wasn't so much that it's hard or annoying, I just found it hilarious that you thought this was a good gameplay feature.
Ok, then discard all my assumptions. My main point is that the MC is incredibly unlikable, comes off like a robot without emotions and I don't want to play as him. If I have to invest 20+ hours so you could surprise me with some huge revelation or character change that makes that better, that's too late.
The very first scene is intentionally kind of stale and boring because again, it sets up things for the future.
I guess that's fair, if you don't like it, you don't like it.
They look exactly what I want them to look like. I like the fake look, so that's what I make.
I think I removed the bugs part, it was there when it was a new feature. There should not be any bugs as of now. Might be my bad if it's still there in the current version.
You'll likely miss optional scenes if you turn it on, which is why the other part of the message is there.
Lots of people like it, some people don't. Most don't seem to care that much.
That's fine man, if you don't like it then you don't like it.
There are a couple of those sure, but the way I write is that I ask a question and then give the answer later down the line.
So "why isn't this guy trying to fuck everyone" is answered later as an example.
Not sure, I've got 50 renders done and a good 130 re-renders done.
Need to write and render a bit more and I don't know when it's going to be done.
Because of my depression I tend to go into low energy mode, so I don't have much energy to do anything really. So the past three weeks or so have been slow, unfortunately.
Either a save file or a persistent file from someone with everything unlocked should do it. The gallery uses a feature built into renpy to build the gallery, I haven't actually investigated how it behaves in that regard.

Even if it is with placeholder image you can see the scenes, except the last image, the label is missing. I didn't change anything more than the screen.
