You're kidding, right ? Dual Family a realistic slow burn game ? With skeletons, piano, airport, Madonna and I don't even know what type of stupid fuckery in it, you like this game ? I know there's no accounting for taste, but still.

I think Deadmoon Survival and Elvensang are the ones that could really be to your liking. The slow burn incest between mother and her son are done really well here.
