I recommend downloading the RTP again, and putting it in the same folder as the game folder. I've had to re-download RTPs repeatedly, even if the same game was working just fine the day before. Just how it goes.

I MTLed it line by line (manually rewriting bits that were too odd, based on context) instead of just dumping it in Google whole and releasing it, proofread and tested it for text overflow. Granted English isn't my first language and I don't know any Japanese, so there will no doubt be errors and some awkward phrasing still.
