Figured I'd throw it out there, this has been bugging me for a minute.
I believe I found this game on one of the various 4chan boards,, not positive.
There were actually two games, one a sequel. Both had roughly the same plot, wherein the character was transformed against their will, then trapped in a laboratory/lair. They had to travel around the map, unlocking color coded gates, each associated key was locked behind a mini-game/sex scene with one of the antagonists minions. I barely remember that part. The animation was all hand drawn.
Dude became some kind of wolf I think?
Female characters there was a bat, a mouse, and a cheetah. I think there was a 4th, but I'm not 100%.
Fairly certain it was flash or java or one of the old style games you could run directly in browser. I believe flash since it was an .swf file I think.
Anyway, shot in the dark, I would be pleasantly surprised if it was buried in some old archive.
