I never bothered wtih Karryn's Prison because I find absurd, basketball-sized boobage a huge turnoff. Since there are definitely other aspects of the description of the game that appeal to me, I heartily approve of modding it in this direction.

I'm typically a fan of stupidly huge mega boobs but I recognize variety is the spice of life and I can appreciate a slim fit muscley Karryn too, so thanks for doing this.

With the pending update it might unfortunately get broken so be prepared to maybe make adjustments/corrections unfortunately. By the way, have you shared this to the Karryn's Prison Discord mod channel? You should if you haven't you'd get some more notice over there.
