It is a visual novel for adults in which you will have to live with the daughter of your neighbors and develop a romantic and sexual relationship increasing different statistics as you advance in time, for now there is only the base story and an explanation of what I want to do in future updates. And also you can enjoy a little gallery once you finish the intro

In the future there will be different mechanics and unique events as you advance in the game​

Cute girl with too many fingers on one hand. The version number is unusual, though. Usually "v.1.0" refers to the first completed version of something, and works in progress get numbers less than that (e.g. v.0.01).

Kimiko is quite cute in the 'playable' portion of the game, but in the gallery her hips and thighs are near twice the size of the rest of her body. I have no idea how hard it is to guide the AI but I would pick one body type and try to stick with it. Personally, I like this picture the most (aside from her hand clipping through the shirt):
