    Review for v0.4.0.

I'm not too into the concept of cheating on your spouse, but the game literally is cheat on your wife sim so I can't really fault it for that. What really drew me in was the character models so I figured I'd give this a shot and maybe be surprised. Unfortunately I wasn't. I found the whole narrative around the marriage and subsequent characters way too dull to really hold my interest.

I expected to maybe get into the intricacies of why this guys marriage is failing but it doesn't go very deep. You and your wife are traveling to your vacation spot. There's clearly a bit of tension given how easy the MC goes off on his wife, but nonetheless they make it to their destination. They get to the room, the wife takes a bath and comes out ready for sex. As you're About to stick it in you get a work call. Want to click the option to not answer it and make love to your wife? Too bad you're doing it anyway. Your wife is obviously not happy you're putting off sex with her for work, and we learn the big problem with this marriage is the MC focuses too much on work and he feels his wife doesn't appreciate him enough for making all the money. MC says you know what I don't need you and leaves to go start his cheating adventure.

What do I get from this whole opening? The MC is kind of a dick and his marriage is failing due to his own machinations. In no way does the wife come off as a bad person, nor do we take any kind of deeper look to justify any of this conflict.

The story from here on out goes like this: MC meets a new girl, they have some cheesy romance along the lines of "no one has ever made me feel like this" and "no one truly understands my sacrifices," they fuck, and then the MC moves onto the next girl. This happens literally like four times. Like am I suppose to feel bad for the MC? Connect with him at all? Because I really don't. It's all just kinda bland.

The character models probably are the best part of this, but it just does everything else so average. Renders are just fine, there's no music or sound, the sex scenes are animated but stiff and have weird cuts/angles accompanied by basic sex dialogue, and the story is just uninteresting. I started to hold the skip button to see the scenes and by that point I'm pretty checked out.

Thoroughly enjoyable and I thought extremely impressive. A thoughtful, well-considered series of vignettes, nicely rendered and increasingly heart-warming despite their seemingly inevitable "bittersweetness".

The characters in each segment were well observed and truly beautiful both inside and out, and the interlinked stories smoothly and sweetly developed, building especially well in both their intensity and sadly, at this stage of the novel at least, their seemingly ultimate poignancy.

Incidentally, regarding the separation at the beginning. The marital relationship seemed somewhat shaky from the start, the wife harbouring underlying resentment at having sacrificed her career to become "the homemaker" versus the husband who relationship-wise, rightly or wrongly, put too much time into a budding business start-up which was the couple's sole means of income.

However, I felt, even in apparent jest, the wife seemed to be, to put it mildly, both strident and unnecessarily truculent from the very start. The husband had a legitimate reason for answering the phone, the principle behind which drew first and ultimately fatal blood between the two of them. It was the heated argument which caused the husband's impotence and it was the wife who set the ensuing adventure in motion by verbally, if not physically, kicking the husband out of the room.

None of that truly justifies or condones the husband's subsequent infidelity, but it does, to my mind, go a long way to explain how disaffected he was with his wife and how unusually vulnerable his ego and libido was to the almost immediate onslaught of increasingly appealing, wholly unplanned, temptations to which he unwittingly opened himself up to almost as soon as he left the building in search of the gym.

The story is pretty straight forward and easy to understand, the animation are well done and the character models look nice (especially the muscle mommy.) and there's also no grind/Sandbox so you won't waste time running around like a headless chicken in an effort to find out how to advance the story.

Solely played the game for that muscular woman despite it's lower ratings. Well it's not that bad I have seen more worse games that got more ratings than this. There is no big story plot. MC and his wife goes to spend vacation. Then wife will argue with him saying he's not properly spending time with her and kick him out. Then MC will meet muscular woman and they will have sex. There two hot scenes with her. Renders are good and animations are good too. This will be a totally nice game if dev executed it better. If you like muscular woman try this one. It's short but it's kinda worth.

    Game pace is faster.

    Short summary:

There is some potential, if the dev works on it and improves, but currently it’s not a good game.

    Good Things

    • setup of the story gives some interesting development possibilities for the future
    • second girl is sexy

    Bad points

    • some renders are low quality, with high compression, especially with wife
    • on the nose dialogue
    • your choices are all fake, the game plays out the exact same way regardless
    • animations are bad
    • moaning sounds are more distracting than helpful

nice game, great start, the story isn't perfect but nothing can be perfect, a lot of successful games launched with way worse content.

    PRO's:
    Love the animation
    nice renders
    nice models
    Good Attention to detail

    Small cons:
    More content
A more organized story (but this happens with multiple releases)

Models are not the worst, not the best either. Fake choices do not help improve the experience, don't even feel like I'm playing a game with this.

Story - 4/10. Generic, however can be improved a lot depending on the creativity of this dev.

Well okay you go on vacation. then the phone rings. You don't answer it. This suddenly renders you impotent and you suddenly don't want to have sex with your wife. Even though you still have a hardon. And you're on vacation. With your attractive wife.

That's right, you can answer the phone on vacation, or not answer the phone on vacation. Doesn't matter. So the choice isn't really a choice.

Then later on after you fight and meet a hot chick, you're in the ocean with the hot chick (who's not your wife) and you can decide to fool around with her or not. But wait. You can't. I mean, there's a choice. But if you pick to not fool around, the dev breaks 4th wall, tells you "it's a porn game" and you continue to act like a jerk and your player agency is again ripped from you.

So, you know, don't give us choices that aren't choices please. You want to make a kinetic novel? Fair enough. Do that and label it so people know what they're in for, in advance.

And folks if you're ready to play a jerk MC who out of the blue decides to not be hot for his wife and get in a fight, this one is for you.

I prefer player agency. Also text box transparency controls. And the capability to name my saves. Though with a kinetic novel, yeah I suppose naming one's saves would be moot.
