Edit:
Here are two files that make up the dialogue, which I corrected for misspellings. Some words were British English. ;)

Unzip the folder and put the two files in the "game folder" in the game directory. When asked, overwrite files.

I like the art style, but the fact the only pic of any pornographic nature is one of a rather off-model Ochako isn't promising...

The description is extremely insufficient and barely even told you anything about the game aside from that it takes place in "alternate universe" (which is a funny way of saying we're essentially playing through a fanfic), where:
  • U.A. High is now "Hero School/College", probably to prevent age being an issue.
  • The game takes place after the Entrance Exam arc.
  • Deku's childhood friend is now Tokoyami (the bird guy) instead Bakugo.
  • Endeavor is now a woman.
  • Ochako is now an e-whore.
  • Pretty much all girls become plump and busty.
  • All Might went on a business trip to America... or something, I can't really read the rest of it.

The dev speaks at the end of the demo that it originally meant to be an "arena fighter" where you fight other schools and climb through the ranks (and thus the name of the game), but found it limiting and that he wants to explore more storyline, all while making the story more grounded like Vigilantes' prospective.

I mean, it's good to have a lot of ambitions and where you want to take the story to, but can't they establishes what the game is about first? I don't even know what makes this game different from other MHA games aside from the fact there are bitches to fuck in the future.
And despite having you name Tokoyami (and Izuku but didn't even bother changing their name in the script), the game ends after Deku contacts him and you don't even get to play as him in this build. Which is weird, considering they literally have CGs of his opening scene where he meets Mina and Aizawa?

Hey, I'm the dev. I can talk a bit about the end part.
We have finished Tokoyami's script along with some of the cg's for his script and I got halfway through coding it all in and decided it needs more work. MMm, but the amount of work we'd need to do with the sprites, scenes, etc would take a few weeks to do so I decided to release this demo to give people a look at what we've been doing. Also, yeah we do need a better description, It'll be updated with the full demo.
