Samurai Asano was betrayed by his daimyo master, the warlord Sakuna, when they invaded his homeland. His ancestral onsen was taken from him and given Sakunaâs daughter, Mina, who uses it to help her father raise funds. Asano vows to get revenge by ruining the onsen.
When Mina takes over the onsen, she unwittingly releases four oni who were trapped in an ancient sagemono. The grateful oni will protect Mina and thwart Asano, who ends up becoming a target for their pent-up lust.
According to legend, the only way an oni can fully exit the onsen is by getting a member of the original family to fall in love with him. The oni take the word âloveâ on the ancient scroll to mean something more physical…​

Dear Monster was a game i really wanted to like the concept of but their execution of it kind of put me off their games entirely, of which this game ended up being kind of the same problems for the most part. In both games they have detailed CG scenes, but they usually amount to 1-2 images total they try to work around through zooming and the like to compensate for it. Then just like that game this one feels like the people writing the routes didn't make sure they all worked together and made sense, probably just running off a bullet point list of 'include this' and left to go, which goes for the CGs as well though less than in Dear Monster. I mean, not to spoil it but there's a certain plot-point/character that doesn't even show up in at least one route that i remember yet should be there since your choices wouldn't affect that aspect at all. All in all i want to like their games like this but the story inconsistencies and lack of CG scenes just really makes me feel like it's an unfinished game compared to many free ones.
