Been over 5 years or somwthing since I've seen that game and a very blurried memory of what actually is in the game so it may have inconsistencies. Also tried to find it for 4 hours, so this is s last resort.
It's a 2d game, kinda reminds me of summertime saga, the main protagonist is a guy with glasses that lives in an apartment.
I remember one npc that was a milf and her whole thing was some crazy bdsm.
(Now for the less sure part) remember it had a telescope where you could look at other people homes, I believe the area was some sort of apartment complex but not very tall or something.
There was a map where you could go into places, dont remember much but pretty sure it had 2, one for the apartments and one for the city and the city had a stupid name or was it the name of the game?
Any clues? Just remember downloading a long time ago and never seem anything about it anymore
Edit: managed to find, the guy didn't had glassses at all, it was Paradise Loft, sad to see it as abandoned
