Game features raising stats of both yourself and the three girls to unlock repeatable scenes. I know that you can both play dnd and videogames with the sister character which result in scenes which can be swapped between seeing the dnd/video game character or her. The mom can have scenes unlocked mostly from helping out around the house and the aunt who shows up later has scenes based on how much you work out.
