Not Defenestration, but similar sense of humor to the point I'm 90% sure dev is a Slav. Set in modern-day. MC is a broke internet addict who gets her power cut. Has to find ways to make money, and of course prostitution is an option. RPGM, kinda sandboxy. I guess Dilmur is another good comparison.
