I'm looking for a game that I played a while ago. IIRC, the game was set in a medieval fantasy world and the MC was hired as a tutor for a rich girl. The girl live in a castle on an island. There was a few unlockable area like the tower of the castle and a cave. During the game, you can make the game take lessons that corrupt her. Near the end of the game, there was an option to tattoo degrading stuffs on the girl. The art was quite bad.
