It was one of those 2dcg visual novels with fantasy medieval themes, you were some dude living outside of town and the first objective was getting money and helping the brothel in the town. I also remember a thief woman and a female orc with possible rape H scenes
Looks similar but no it isn't, I do remember it aswell that it had a nice map system and it was almost 100% point n click
