A looong time ago I remember seeing a 3D animation about some girl who has to fuck a bunch of different aliens to decide who to marry. I remember there being a robot, a doppelganger and most memorably a giant flower with tits. I just need to find it so I can prove to myself I'm not insane and it wasn't a fever dream.

You are not insane. The movie is called [The Princess Has Come Of Age, a.k.a. The Princess Comes Of Age] and is produced by [Black Widow Productions].
If you haven't seen it, i recommend another "oldie-but-goldie" gem, a series called [PornoMation] by [Pornotopia, a.k a. Sagémonn and Karynna]. It has considerably better graphics and animation, and explores a couple's fantasies in their dreams.

Thank you, I was actually pretty sure that was the title but could never find anything under it without the name of the production company. Those title cards really remind me of 80's and 90's videogame box art. I can't say I've seen the series you mentioned but a quick look doesn't give any results for actually watching it.
