I remember a game a couple months ago where the story included a housewife adopting a very young looking teen (he was suffering from some genetic defect or something that made him look young), and when he came to the house, the husband hated him. The teen was very quite and went through some trauma or something. The teen was very young looking though, so I think the game may have been removed, even though shota is allowed here, idk. It was well written though.
