Identify 3D Female protagonist game in a simulation

There was this game I played a couple years ago of a female protagonist that interviews for a job with a "VR" like system that focus on her sexual fantasies and because she had "such strong sexual fantasies" she is amazingly compatible with this system , I recall that it's kinda sandboxy with varies level of stuff that she does from exhibitionist level to having sex in a camp and such, I recall it being a 3d level (maybe unity or unreal engine ? ) , it was voiced , there is a little bit of character customization and you can control the camera and positions during sex scenes

Sadly the only reason I made this thread is I have tried swapping tags, and using the search function to no avail for like 3 hours , though I accidently stumbled today on Affectionate Annie which gave me a similar vibe and when I looked into the dev I found the game being Caroline's Fantasies ! so I guess it's solved
