3D game that had taken inspiration from Jabcomix

Howdy, I remember a 3d sandbox or VN incest game I played a while ago that took a lot of scenes straight out of Jabcomix, one I remember specifically was the hot tub scene from Nurd.

Probably Renpy.

Can't be much more specific other than that, a lot of 3d games end up same-ish.
