Seeking 3d game where MC is a spy for a VR company

Hello,

I'm searching for a 3d game (visual novel) where an MC is tasked by a different company to infiltrate an up and coming company which is developing a VR headset similar to sword art online where you can be somewhat transferred to a game. The game includes a sharehouse with a man and 2 women, and a retired/fired pink haired Idol. I can't remember when i saw it exactly but it would be between Dec 2021 to March 2022.
