I don't like games that have nothing sexual during the main game, then just insert sex scenes in between. It just feels cheap, it's the same as playing any game and then watching a porn parody of it. I like games where the sex elements are part of the gameplay, some examples being:

The Knight Girl and Dungeons

This one goes the easiest path - if you don't play well, you may be knocked down by the enemies, then enter an incapacitated state. Failing to recover from it in time results in getting fucked. There are many games that incorporate sex like this. It's straight-forward, makes sense, and you can easily recover from it to continue playing. The game also features other scenes that can be initiated by being captured by specific enemy types or failing to pay your debt to the merchant, which is good to have to spice things up. The game play is not hard, but still challenging.

Succubus Heaven

This one is very gameplay-focused, and much, much harder than the one mentioned above (it also relies heavily on luck to beat the game since item drops are random). There are mainly two kinds of sex scenes, one is during battle, where sex scenes can happen from traps or enemies that have attacks that restrain the player. The second kind is basically game-overs, you get different scenes depending on which stage you lose. What's interesting about this game is that you have 3 playable characters with different attack styles and skill sets, from which you can choose one to control, and the other two will be CPU controlled.

Seed of the Dead / Seed of the Dead 2

First-person shooters - not very good ones, but workable. The game play is mostly tower defense, with boss fights some time. Other than the usual knocked-down sex and game overs, the male MC (you play as) can initiate sex with heroines during the game play to recover their health and gain a shield for a limited time. This mechanism is ... interesting? But I can't help but feel it's more like a band-aid fix for the poorly adjusted game balance of the first game. Also, the second game features side quests where you acquire various items for NPCs to blackmail the heroines and have sex with them. I guess it's the developers' idea of NTR, but I just find it weird. The original three heroines do have a crush on the male MC in the first game, but in the second game, you play as a different male MC, which doesn't make any sense. If anything, keeping the male MC from the first game would make these side quests count as NTRS.

I prefer third-person perspective because it is consistent during the main gameplay and sex scenes, which makes the game more immersive, but I'd like to hear your opinions on other perspectives as well. Please don't post links to search pages with filter options, believe me, I've tried that. Please recommend some games that you have played yourself and find interesting.
